I have supervised many fasts and have been constantly improving to now offer one of the finest health experiences on Earth for awakening the natural balance of Spirit, Mind, and Body. As you know, there is confusion and controversy about living and healing. In walking our path from birth to death, we travel in challenging times and conditions. There are choices made, events, accidents, blessings, and misfortunes as we live the best way we know how. Along that path, we meet teachers and friends that help us with new tools, some that we hold in our hands and even our hearts to create a better life for ourselves and others. We are offering new and exciting additions to the program to invoke help for all the cells of your body for 100% operation through self generated full energy flow. This is how nature has healed us down through the millennia. We are using the most ancient, tried and true ways that science is reconfirming and the modern world is reawakening to.

This 7-night program includes everything (except getting here): Friday only pickup and drop-off at Castlegar Airport, private room and bathroom, daily laundry and room cleaning, use of sweatsuits, t-shirts, evening robe, use of available facilities-hot tub, sauna etc., refeeding program, daily activity: (except Fridays) morning breath awakening, yoga stretch, creative art flow (painting, music, singing, etc.), yogassage, meditation classes, daily evening health lecture, group discussion, and educational video. ALSO INCLUDED are the therapies that open the gateway to receive the gift of mind, body, and spirit integration: G5 lymphatic massage, Reiki energy treatments, and colema treatments.
